  2. Politics: The Three Rival Factions for World Power
  3.  
  4. Decades ago Franklin D. Roosevelt said: "Nothing in politics ever
  5. happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that
  6. way."
  7.  
  8. Decades earlier Benjamin Disraeli, famed as the Victorian-era Prime
  9. Minister of Britain, wrote: "The world is governed by people far
  10. different from those imagined by the public."
  11.  
  12. Taken together, these two statements illustrate the basic premise
  13. which underlies all of the Dr. Beter AUDIO LETTER tape reports. This
  14. premise is that major events in politics, economics and
  15. international relations are the products of deliberate moves by
  16. largely unseen power factions in the world. All of these factions
  17. seek to increase their influence over us, the general population of
  18. the world. Each one also wishes to increase its own power at the
  19. expense of the other power factions.

  21. Thus there is an ongoing power struggle of titanic dimensions which
  22. constantly shapes the news, yet which is little understood--indeed
  23. unsuspected--by most people. If these forces are not recognized or
  24. understood, current events are inherently baffling, no matter how
  25. diligently one may follow the news. This leaves even the
  26. best-educated and most intelligent of persons vulnerable to
  27. manipulation to suit the purposes of those who pull the strings
  28. behind the scenes. By contrast, if the largely unseen forces are
  29. known and understood, major events become far more understandable
  30. and even, to some extent, predictable. Those informed about these
  31. things become far less vulnerable and more difficult to fool by
  32. manipulated news and news events.

  34. To choose just one of the many dramatic examples from the AUDIO
  35. LETTER series, consider the Guyana Massacre at Jonestown in
  36. November, 1978. From start to finish, the Guyana story was filled
  37. with anomalies, unanswered questions, conflicting government
  38. statements, and news reports that did not quite add up. It began
  39. with the slaughter of a U.S. Congressman and accompanying newsmen,
  40. yet there was never a subsequent congressional investigation. The
  41. victims died of cyanide poisoning, an excruciating death which
  42. leaves the face contorted in agony, yet the victims were found
  43. arranged in neat, peaceful-looking rows...face-down. A few days
  44. after the massive infusion of American military teams supposedly for
  45. clean-up operations, there were sudden huge jumps in body-bag
  46. counts. Hurried explanations by Pentagon spokesmen were so
  47. incredible that they were withdrawn and replaced by different
  48. stories. These and many more oddities about the Guyana episode were
  49. never resolved, but simply left to fade away from the public memory
  50. with time. For those unaware of the behind-the-scenes forces at work
  51. in the world, Guyana will remain forever unexplained...as if events
  52. so bizarre, major and chilling can happen for no reason at all.

  54. The key missing ingredient in all the news reports about Guyana was
  55. the existence of a secret Soviet intermediate-range missile base,
  56. not far from Jonestown. Dr. Beter had reported publicly about the
  57. base on many occasions for over four years prior to the sudden
  58. headlines from Guyana. He had also reported on the collapse of a
  59. cooperative arrangement formerly in effect between the true rulers
  60. of the United States and those of the Soviet Union. These were the
  61. factors which led directly to the Jonestown tragedy--a mass murder,
  62. staged as a cover to enable covert military action against the
  63. Russian missile base. Within days after the Jonestown tragedies, Dr.
  64. Beter AUDIO LETTER #40 made public exactly what had taken place and
  65. why. In that tape Dr. Beter answered in detail questions which
  66. otherwise remain unanswered to this day.

  68. Over the course of the 80 AUDIO LETTER tape reports, Dr. Beter
  69. reveals that three primary power factions are at work in the world
  70. today:

  72. 1. The Rockefeller Cartel
  73. 2. The Bolshevik-Zionist Axis
  74. 3. The New Kremlin Rulers
  75.  
  76. These factions as such have existed for the past century or so, and
  77. their relationships with one another have been in a constant state
  78. of flux. Their roots, however, are much older and can be traced
  79. backward in time for many centuries.
